Yes. If you qualify, any work undertaken in your home is 100% free. You won’t be asked for any money and we won’t undertake the work if you do not qualify.

Only certain properties are suitable for the energy saving measures. Our customer services advisors and experienced team of assessors can assist you in checking your homes suitability. If you are not sure, the following gives a general overview of how to check if your home is suitable.
Loft insulation: you must currently have no or less than 100mm of insulation in your loft

The work we carryout causes minimal disruption to your home and our fittings team are committed to delivering a first class service. As standard we ensure we use protective coverings and leave your home clean and tidy before leaving. We can sometimes provide you with cashback or decoration vouchers should you want to redecorate in an area where we’ve been working but this is rarely required.
Yes – as long as you meet the criteria and your property is suitable for the energy saving measure you can get more than one. Our customer service advisors will take you through this as part of your assessment.
Are you eligible?
To qualify for ECO funding you must own your home (or have the permission of your landlord if you rent). You must also be claiming one of the following benefits:

- Attendance Allowance
- Child Benefit
- Constant Attendance Allowance
- Disability Living Allowance
- Pension Guarantee Credit
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)
- Income Support
- Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit
- Personal Independence Payment
- Severe Disablement Allowance
- Tax Credits (Child Tax Credits and Working Tax Credits)
- Universal Credit (UC)
- War Pensions Mobility Supplement
